Today is going to be a special treat, especially if you didn’t know this little trick existed on Facebook. I created a video to help you along, but if you don’t like video there’s also text below.

The Facebook Scheduler
I have recently learned from a subscriber that you can schedule posts from your Facebook fan page. Unfortunately, it does not work from a Facebook group page, but maybe it will in the future.
You can schedule posts to go out “automatically” at a predetermined date and time, from your status update box, and you can literally set up a week’s worth of marketing messages in one sitting!
Step #1 – Go to your Facebook fan page and click the “Status” link above the message box.
Step #2 – Add your text message into the box.
Step #3 – Click the “clock” icon on the bottom left of the status box.
Step #4 – Choose the “date” and “time” you want your message to post to the timeline.
If all you want to do is add a text message, click the “Schedule” button to complete your scheduled post.
If you would like to add a photo or video, along with the text message, continue to the next step.
Step #5 – Add a photo or video to your message. Click the “Photo/Video” line on the status box.
Step #6 – Click “Upload Photos/Video”
Step #7 – Click the “Choose File” button at the bottom of your status box.
Locate the picture you want to attach to your message (from your computer) and double-click it to add it to your message.
Step #8 – Click the “Post” button to schedule your message.
Facebook should display a message to let your know your post has been scheduled. The message reveals the date and time, but if either should be incorrect, you can click the “View Activity Log” button to make any necessary changes.
